After School Club
We are open from 3.10pm to 6.30pm Monday to Friday (term time only). Children are collected from their schools at 3.15pm or 3.30pm and escorted to the Community Centre Fordham Hall. They are provided with a light tea at 4.45pm. Daily activities include Arts and Crafts, Board Games and Card Games, Construction Toys, Role Play and Dressing Up, Playstation and Gameboys, Computers, Cooking, Indoor and Outdoor Sports, Chill Out/Reading Area, Occasional visitors and outings eg reptile man, fire brigade, Community Police, park.
Prices are £7 for the first hour, £5 for the next and £4 for the last hour. We charge extra to collect children from schools via car, collecting and taking to after school activities eg Starlight, French, Football, Netball, Beavers and Science Club.
Breakfast Club
We are open from 07.45am to 08.30am Monday to Friday (term time only). Children will be offered breakfast before 08.15am and then taken to their respective schools for registration. Prices will be £5 per child per session
Play Scheme
We will be running a play scheme with the Extended Schools Co-ordinator at the Community Centre this year on the following dates:
6-9th April, 14-17th April, 20-24th July, 27-31st July and 26-30th October. Details will be sent to all schools in the area via children's book bags. Bookings and payment will be made through the Extended Schools Co-ordinator.
All our staff are either trained or currently receiving training to NVQ standards in Playwork and all staff have an enhanced CRB check before they start work. We are OFSTED registered and our OFSTED report can be viewed via our website.
